Discovery Land (DL) is the Children’s Ministry at Alliance Church. Parents and kids describe DL as Christ-centered, Biblically solid, relevant, fast-paced and fun! We are a nationally known Children’s Ministry that focuses on the souls of the children and their need for a Biblically accurate and strong relationship with Jesus Christ! This position will implement dynamic, growing ministries for kids (infant-6th grade) at Alliance Church - Neenah. The estimated number of kids is 60-80.
Groups Coordinator – Adult Ministries

This position will lead and oversee our centrally supported groups and classes. This includes our Support groups, Mini-Church groups, Young Adult groups and our Senior Adult groups as well as our spring seminar and other classes.

Align Leadership Institute - Student Leadership Development & Spiritual Formation
Connecting the world with God and one another by growing as a student of leadership and spiritual formation while serving in a variety of ministries of Alliance Church. Work alongside ministry leaders and develop leadership calling, skills, and gifts. The Align Leadership Institute is a one or two-year experience that provides high school graduates with leadership training, practical ministry experience, and the option to earn an associate degree through Crown College’s online program.
