Oversee technical execution and preparation for Sunday services. The Production Coordinator for Neenah works with Alliance staff and volunteer teams to complete the needs of services and ministry events under the supervision and framework laid out by the Production Director.
Administrator – Women’s Ministry

This position will provide administrative support for Women’s Ministry to maintain an excellent and professional environment in our Adult Ministry programming. Also, this position will develop, drive, and execute organizational systems for the ministry.
Coordinator – Special Needs

This position requires a growing and mature Christian who will assist the Special Needs Director in the ongoing development of AC’s special needs ministry programming. This position’s primary role will be to lead the Sunday Morning Children’s Ministry in Special Needs and support AWANA and Greenhouse as needed.

Discovery Land (DL) is the Children’s Ministry at Alliance Church. Parents and kids describe DL as Christ-centered, Biblically solid, relevant, fast-paced and fun! We are a nationally known Children’s Ministry that focuses on the souls of the children and their need for a Biblically accurate and strong relationship with Jesus Christ! This position will lead dynamic, growing, outreached focused ministries for kids (infant-6th grade) at Alliance Church - Neenah. The estimated number of kids is 60-80.
Coordinator - Mini Church
Coordinator - Mini Church - Part-Time
This position will manage all current Mini-Churches, leaders, and coaches as well as facilitate the onboarding of new leaders, new participants, and launching of new Mini-Churches.

Align Leadership Institute - Student Leadership Development & Spiritual Formation
Connecting the world with God and one another by growing as a student of leadership and spiritual formation while serving in a variety of ministries of Alliance Church. Work alongside ministry leaders and develop leadership calling, skills, and gifts. The Align Leadership Institute is a one or two-year experience that provides high school graduates with leadership training, practical ministry experience, and the option to earn an associate degree through Crown College’s online program.
