Wear a suit, shirt and tie, a prom dress, or a formal dress you have!

Check-In Team: In this role, you will welcome the Kings and Queens, and assist them with getting their lanyard for the night. You will then assist them with getting paired with a buddy for the night. Once all guests are checked in, we will have you cheer on the Kings and Queens down the red carpet. No dress code or encouraged attire for this position.

Greeter + Bathroom Attendant: This duel volunteer position will start your night as a door greeter. You will hold the doors for the Kings and Queens as they enter the building; welcoming them with a smile and letting them know how happy we are to have them there! Once all Kings and Queens are checked in, your role will be to monitor the bathrooms. This includes making sure Kings and Queens go into their respective bathrooms alone, and if they do not come out in a timely manner, you and their buddy can go check on them. No dress code or encouraged attire for this position. Volunteers and buddies will not help guests with undressing, dressing, or toileting. Parents and caregivers will be contacted for this.

Sensory Space Attendant: Spend time with guests who may have become over-stimulated on the dance floor or in other areas of the prom. Interact with them by participating in sensory activities, singing or listening to calming music, or simply providing them with some quiet time. No dress code or encouraged attire for this position.

Hair & Makeup Team: Welcome each guest to the salon station for hair and makeup. Chat with them while you pamper them and make them feel special. Experience in this department is preferred. No dress code or encouraged attire for this position.

During the event, you will assist if any Kings/Queens leave early. When the event is over you will assist with getting coats back to the guests and handing out swag bags.

Limo Team: Assist with getting the correct number of people into the limo as they load and unload for limo rides. 4 volunteers will be holding doors and assisting with getting guests on and off; 2 volunteers will ride on bus to monitor music choices so they are appropriate. No dress code or encouraged attire for this position. If you would like to be the Team Lead in this area, please indicate in the comments of your registration.
