Tera joined the Alliance staff in 2012, initially as an Administrator for Adult Ministries. Over the years, Tera transitioned through various roles within Women's Ministry until she assumed the position of Director in 2022. In 2016, she accomplished a significant milestone by obtaining her master's degree in Biblical studies from Moody Theological Seminary.  

This achievement coincided with her consecration, which is a recognition like ordination. Tera's educational background and consecration have equipped her with a deeper understanding of her faith and a passion for serving others in her current role as the Director of Women's Ministry at Alliance Church. 

Outside of her ministry commitments, Tera delights in outdoor activities, including hiking, archery, and lounging in her hammock. She and her husband Trevor, an associate pastor at Alliance, also embrace their role as foster parents to provide care for children in crisis. Tera and Trevor enjoy going on vacations, serving together, and occasionally engaging in friendly debates about the ideal thermostat setting in their home.
