Dr. Mark Byrom
Mark has over twenty years of ministry experience with The Alliance. This includes three years serving as a mission/college pastor in Seattle, which was good preparation for nearly fourteen years of ministry in the coffee culture of Bosnia Herzegovina as an international worker with The Alliance. Years of experience ministering in Europe, traveling the world, and being a mission mobilizer with The Alliance in churches all around the States contribute to Mark’s excitement to be networking and developing international ministry at AAC. He has a focus toward connecting how the global relates into the local in nearly all areas of ministry in the church. This is an Acts 1:8 mentality, which Mark pursues with a passion.
Mark and his wife Debbie have three girls: Kaelah, Jocelyn, and Laura. As an internationally traveled family, they enjoy visiting new places and meeting new people. Yet, a nice evening at home is a welcomed respite. Mark enjoys a good movie or reading an interesting novel. When he gets a chance he likes hiking and getting out to draw or do a photoshoot in a beautiful place. Most of all, he likes a long cup of coffee in an interesting cafe with a friend. New to the area, the Byroms are looking forward to exploring and getting to know the Fox River Valley and greater Wisconsin.
